We provide a consultancy service regarding the registration for the correct permissions and licenses needed required by the Italian law to rent in Italy.  Bed and Breakfast, Hotel, Holiday Home, or Room Rental.

It is important that your property is registered correctly as failing to comply with the Italian law will face fines and penalties.

We will be the local contacts to meet and greet your guests. We can arrange welcome packs, airport transfers, housekeeping, laundry service, English speaking babysitters, and organize activities for guests. We will also inspect the property after guest departure and notify and address any damages.

We feel that communication with our clients is extremely important, so we send regular updates on services and projects through e-mail, phone calls or Video Conferencing.

Paperwork and bureaucracy regarding Rental laws:

  • Resigration of your property in the local Comune as require by law.

  • Registration within 24 hours from the check-in the Identity of the guests to the Questura.

  • Monthly registration of rental arrivals on the Istat website.
